| 根据有限的开发信息预测景观变化及其带来的影响
是指导空间战略规划制定的重要步骤。英国基于景观特征评估
(landscape character assessment, LCA)的景观敏感性
评估(landscape sensitivity assessment, LSA)提供了一
种综合、清晰、易懂的方法来辅助规划和开发决策。从景观特
征的角度理解景观敏感性，系统介绍了英国LSA的发展和方
法，并通过案例展示其关键步骤及在不同规模尺度下的应用，
最后提出了中国对英国LSA的借鉴和应用展望。 |

| Abstract: |
| Predicting landscape changes and their resulting impacts
according to limited development information is an important step
to guide the formulation of spatial strategic planning. Landscape
Sensitivity Assessment (LSA) in the UK, based on Landscape
Character Assessment (LCA), provides a comprehensive, clear and
easy-to-understand method to assist planning and development
decision-making. This paper views landscape sensitivity from the
perspective of landscape characteristics, systematically introduces
the development and methods of LSA in the UK, and shows its key
steps and applicability in different scales through case studies. At
last, it puts forward the reference and application prospect of LSA
in China. |
