大地景观屋面融合了覆土建筑和屋顶绿化的特点,
以大面积人工多维复杂曲面为空间载体,衔接屋面与地面,形
成连续的植物覆被表面。衢州体育公园是大地景观屋面工程的
代表性案例,其景观效果依赖于草坡完成面的设计建造,须
突破面积巨大、坡度复杂、与建筑结构协调及环境适应性等难
点。针对衢州体育公园大地景观屋面覆土草坡的草种和种植基
质选择、固土系统构建、雨洪管理系统等方面展开技术应用研
究,结果显示:中华结缕草单属品种种植优于混播草种,宜选
择40 cm以上达标种植土作为种植基质;坡面固土在屋面双
重结构条件下通过在构造中增加技术支撑层改善覆土草坡基本
构造,并通过优化钢绞线和装配式钢结构锚杆的措施升级土工
格室装配技术,最终形成平面化整为零、断面分层抗滑的屋面
固土体系;雨洪管理系统须通过构建地表径流排水和土壤下层
下渗排水2套排水系统,形成与建筑结构和设备紧密结合的排
水体系。衢州体育公园的建成效果有力地验证了工程应用研究
成果的可靠性、有效性和品质效果,可供后续相关工程参考与
借鉴。 |

Abstract: |
The landscape roof integrates the characteristics of soilcovered
buildings and roof greening, using large artificial multidimensional
complex curved surfaces as spatial carriers to connect
the roof and the ground, forming a continuous vegetated surface
that integrates the building roof with the landscape. Quzhou
Sports Park is a representative case of large-scale landscape
roof engineering. Its landscape effect relies on the design and
construction of the grass slope, which must overcome difficulties
such as the massive scale, complex slopes, coordination with the
building structure, and environmental adaptability. This article
focuses on the technical application research of the grass species
and planting substrate selection, soil fixation system construction,
and stormwater management system of the soil-covered grass
slope of the large-scale landscape roof of Quzhou Sports Park, and
has obtained a series of conclusions and achievements: planting
Zoysia sinica is better than mixed grass species, and it is advisable
to choose standard planting soil with the depth of 40 cm as the
planting substrate; slope soil fixation improves the basic structure
of the soil-covered grass slope by adding a technical support layer
to the basic structure of the grass roof, and upgrades the geocell
assembly technology to form a roof soil fixation system that divides
the plane into zones and layered anti-slip sections; the stormwater
management system must construct two drainage sub-systems:
surface runoff drainage and underlying soil infiltration drainage, to
form a drainage system that is closely integrated with the building
structures and equipment. The completed effect of Quzhou Sports
Park has effectively verified the reliability, effectiveness, and quality
of the engineering application research results, and also provided
feedback that can be used for reference in subsequent projects. |
