| 基于中国国家公园生态保护及全民公益的特性，无
障碍性将是未来我国国家公园体制框架完善及基础设施更新建
设的重要新增要素。基于美国无障碍游径体系，论证了可达性
与通达性作为无障碍游径规划先决条件的评价依据，分析了游
径物理空间及社会空间双重无障碍性构筑的差异化指标。结论
结合我国国家公园游径及类游径道路系统现状指出：在遵循自
然资源长期保护及游憩平等理念下，宏观层面需加快中国国家
游径法规及标准的制定完善，规划实施层面需分阶段进行无障
碍游径试点工作，建立分级制的无障碍游径体系架构及评估指
标，渐进有序地实施更新及建设，将无障碍游径体系的规范
化、系统化研究纳入国家公园基础设施未来发展框架中。 |

| Research on the Construction and Planning of Accessible Trail System in American National Parks and Its Enlightenment to China |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the characteristics of ecological protection and
public welfare of China's national parks, accessibility will be an
important new element for the perfection and maturity of China's
national park system framework and the renewal and construction
of infrastructure in the future. Based on the accessible trail system
of the United States, this paper demonstrates that accessibility
and reachability are the evaluation basis of the preconditions of
accessible trails planning, and refines the differentiation index
of physical accessibility and program accessibility of trails. The
conclusion is combined with the current situation of national trails
and other similar trails in China, and it is pointed out that under
the long-term protection of natural resources and the concept of
equal recreation, it is necessary to speed up the formulation and
improvement of China's national laws and regulations and standards
at the macro level, carry out the pilot work of accessible trails in
stages at the planning and implementation level, and establish a
hierarchical accessible trails system framework and evaluation
indicators under the premise of cultural resources protection, fair and
limited implementation of construction, to provide reference for the
long-term development of accessible trails in China's national parks. |
