| 意大利因历史遗产数量众多而闻名国际。其中，作为一个农业资源丰富的国家，农业文化遗产也是意大利一项不可忽视的保护和发展对象。农业文化遗产的再生、发展和创新可以看作城市规划与建设过程中的一项重要组成部分。以米兰广域市为例，首先梳理其农业发展的历史沿革，其次分别从总体规划政策到具体新型农庄的产业振兴进行探讨。并详细分析了4个不同发展定位的农庄，探讨了其农业历史、发展模式及相应管理策略。旨在通过米兰经验的学习为中国相关的农业旅游、乡村景观及都市农业发展提供参考。 |

| The Conservation and Revitalization Strategies for the Agricultural Heritage in Italy: The Metropolitan City of Milan as an Example |

| On a global scale, Italy is widely recognized as a country with plenty of heritage sites. It is worth mentioning that, as an essential component of tradition handed down from the past, agricultural heritage cannot be neglected. It is of extremely significant importance to explore the conservation, development, as well as renewal strategies for agricultural heritage during the entire process of urban planning. Taking experiences in the Metropolitan City of Milan as an example, firstly, this paper traces back to the historical origin of the agricultural development in the region of Milan. Secondly, it tries to focus on general planning policies related to agricultural heritage preservation and several specific strategies for the revitalization of traditional farmsteads. This paper selects four farmsteads with different innovative development models as the research objects. An in-depth discussion has been made on their historical backgrounds, current development models, as well as management approaches. To sum up, Milan experiences could reference future research in China, especially in the aspect of conservation and renewal of agricultural heritage combined with the development of agritourism, rural landscape, as well as urban agriculture. |
