诸多研究已证实绿色环境有益于人类睡眠健康,旨在深入调查绿色环境与人体睡眠健康的具体关联,通过对比不同类型绿色环境对睡眠状况产生的差异
结果,确定相关影响指标与因素,填补该领域横向对比研究的空白。遵循PRISMA指南,对发表于PubMed/Medline、Science Direct和Web of Science上
的文献展开了全面回顾,经筛选,最终将65篇文章纳入此次综述。据此,于睡眠健康的框架内对所有相关文献予以分类和对比讨论。总结出郊区环境、城市环境
和建筑环境3类影响睡眠健康的绿色环境;识别出环境、睡眠、个人特征为关键影响指标;初步构建以感官研究为中介的绿色环境于睡眠健康的影响机制。研究表
明:1)中等强度和多感官的绿色参与具有更好的睡眠健康效益;2)在绿色暴露的时间维度上,每日下午时段、春秋季节时段和疫情期间,这些特定时段的绿色环
境参与能够进一步增强绿色环境对睡眠的促进作用;3)经济和健康层面均处于弱势的群体,更易于从绿色环境中汲取睡眠健康方面的积极成效。系统论证了绿色
环境对睡眠健康的积极影响,所提供的绿色方案期望能够为解决个人及地区的睡眠问题提供一些思路和参考 |

The Impact of Green Environments on Sleep Health: Evidence from a Systematic Review |

Abstract: |
The positive impact of green environments
on sleep has been recognized since ancient
times: the ancient Greeks believed that sleeping
in natural surroundings facilitated physical and
mental recovery and aided in disease treatment. In
modern times, researchers from disciplines such as
psychology have proposed numerous hypotheses
and theories regarding the mechanisms linking green
environments to human health. Examples include
the Biophilia Hypothesis, Attention Restoration
Theory, and Stress Recovery Theory. A substantial
body of evidence also indicates the positive impact
of green environments on sleep quality. The purpose
of this study is to summarize the patterns of the
impacts of green environments on sleep health,
identify key factors in individual characteristics and
exposure methods that influence sleep outcomes,
and elucidate the mechanisms through which green
environments affect sleep health. |
