空中花园作为高密度城市中地面开放空间的补充,
在世界范围内日益成为高密度环境中重要的空间要素和设计语
言,并发挥多方面的综合效益。通过人工识别和调用计算机视
觉分析应用程序接口对空中花园网络图片内容进行提取,采用
SPSS统计学方法分析空中花园的构成要素。利用主要构成要
素构建空中花园空间感知及需求内容框架,并结合精化Kano
需求模型(Refined Kano Model)分析公众对空中花园各空间
要素的需求及层次分布情况。结果显示,公众对空中花园7类
一级需求要素中最为注重天空景观、城市景观、公共设施和休
闲活动,满足“微休憩”需求是其空间营造的重点;公众对空
中花园的空间价值和重要性认知不足,其建设和推广有赖于政
策激励;人们普遍接受了空中花园在高密度城市人居环境的建
设语境,但周边环境对空中花园的支持作用仍需进一步讨论。

Research on the Spatial Perception and Demandof Sky Gardens in High-rise Building |

Abstract: |
As supplementary spaces in vertical public realms, sky
gardens have increasingly become a vital spatial element and an
integral part of the urban landscape in high-density environments
around the world. This article employs SPSS statistics to analyze
the components of sky gardens through manual image identification
and image recognition with a computer vision application
programming interface (API) to recognize networked images. A
framework of 26 spatial perceptions and demand contents was
constructed for sky garden components, which were then analyzed
in combination with the Refined Kano Model. The study shows
that among the seven categories of public demand for sky gardens,
the sky view, cityscape, public facilities and leisure activities are
the most important, and the "micro-rest" demand is the focus of
the space creation; The public's perception of the spatial value and
importance of sky gardens is insufficient, and the construction and
promotion of sky gardens relies on policy incentives; There seems
to be an acceptance of sky gardens in the context of high-density
urban habitats, but it needs to be further discussed how the public's
access to sky gardens for spatial experience is supported by the
surrounding urban environment. |
