| 以城市文化遗产和历史景观的整体遗产观为理论基
础，通过对城市型历史文化步径理论渊源、概念特点的解析及
国内外相关实践案例的互鉴，系统梳理了城市型历史文化步径
作为城市视野下遗产整体性保护利用创新模式的研究现状及发
展动态。提出了“摸家底-寻脉络-定区划-评价值-联骨架-塑
空间”的城市历史文化步径构建主体框架，并进一步通过福州
实证研究的开展，探究了符合中国城市文化遗产和历史景观整
体性保护利用实践的可行路径。初步构建了城市历史文化步径
研究设计的系统方法，其开放性的理论框架和可操作性的指导
路径有益于补位中国城市文化遗产保护及空间规划模式缺项，
延伸整体性遗产观的理论脉络，为同类研究提供借鉴。 |

| Taking the overall heritage view of urban cultural
heritage and historical landscape as the theoretical basis, the current
research status and development dynamics of urban historical and
cultural trails as an innovative mode of holistic conservation and
utilization of heritage under the vision of city are systematically
sorted out through the analysis of the theoretical origin and
conceptual characteristics of urban historical and cultural trails
and the mutual learning of relevant domestic and foreign practice
cases. The main framework for the construction of urban historical
and cultural trails, which is "finding the background - exploring the
context - defining the area - evaluating - connecting the framework -
shaping the space", is proposed, and the feasible paths in line with
the holistic conservation and utilization practice of Chinese urban
cultural heritage and historical landscape are further explored
through the empirical research in Fuzhou. A systematic approach
to the research and design of urban historical and cultural trails is
preliminarily constructed, and its open theoretical framework and
operable guiding paths are useful for filling in the gaps in the urban
cultural heritage protection and spatial planning models in China,
extending the theoretical vein of the holistic view of heritage, and
providing reference for similar studies. |
