从工业发展背景下中国矿山治理国策变化,以及风
景园林视角下海南岛自贸港矿山开发着手分析,首次提出以建
设矿山公园为目标的新型绿色矿业开采及时序性景观规划。通
过对实际项目海南爱梅矿山的区位条件、地形地貌等基础性分
析,代入DSR模型进行矿块开发时序性评估,并根据相关数据
从空间布局、矿业开采和公园建设三方面对规划步骤进行详细
梳理,以此制定总体时序性规划。以预先干预的方式完成开采
前矿区规划,追求绿色矿业转型,实现矿产开发与环境保护协
同发展。 |

Abstract: |
From the change of China's national policy on mine
management in the context of industrial development, and the
analysis of mine development in Hainan Island's free trade port
from the perspective of landscape architecture, for the first time
a new type of green and time-sequence landscape planning with
the goal of building a mine park was proposed. By analyzing the
location conditions and topography of the actual project Aime Mine
in Hainan, the DSR model was used to evaluate the development
time sequence of the mine block, and the three planning steps
of spatial layout, mining and park construction were sorted out
in detail according to the relevant data, so that the overall timesequence planning can be formulated. By completing the premining area planning in a pre-intervention manner, and pursuing
the green mining transformation, the synergistic development of
mineral development and environmental protection can be realized |
