基于CVM的屋顶绿化生态系统服务价值 及影响因素研究

屋顶绿化是基于自然解决方案缓解城市化各种负面 效应的重要途径。然而,目前其生态系统服务价值评价尚缺 乏整体性与系统性。通过在全国发放的783份有效问卷,采用 条件价值评估方法对屋顶绿化的生态系统服务价值进行了估 算,并运用相关分析与二元Logistic回归模型,对被访者屋顶 绿化建设的支付意愿及其影响因素进行了定量分析。结果表 明:1)被访者对屋顶绿化建设具有较高的支持率(总支持率 为58%)和支付意愿[平均支付意愿为136.6元/(年·人)]; 2)全国屋顶绿化生态系统服务的总价值约为1 158.4亿元, 表明屋顶绿化具有较大的经济价值与发展潜力;3)功能认 知、推广态度、环境影响认知是被访者支付意愿的主要影响因 子,表明公众对屋顶绿化的认知与了解水平能够影响其支付意 愿;4)专业相关人员与其他被访者对屋顶绿化的认知水平与 支付意愿没有显著差异,因而在未来屋顶绿化推广过程中首先 应注重提升相关专业人员的认知水平。研究结果可为中国屋顶 绿化的推广与应用提供决策参考。

Abstract:
Green roof is an important way to alleviate the negative effects of urbanization based on natural solutions. However, the evaluation of ecosystem services is still lacking of integrality and systematicness. Based on 783 valid questionnaires distributed across China, this paper estimated the ecosystem service value of green roof by using the contingent valuation method, and quantitatively analyzed the respondents' willingness to pay and its influencing factors by using correlation analysis and binary logistic regression model. The results showed as follows: 1) Respondents had high support rate for green roof construction (total support rate was 58%) and willingness to pay (average willingness to pay was 136.6 yuan per year per person). 2) The total value of ecosystem services of green roof in China was about 115.84 billion yuan, indicating that green roof has great economic value and development potential. 3) Functional cognition, promotion attitude and environmental impact cognition were the main factors influencing respondents' willingness to pay, indicating that the public's cognition and understanding level of green roof had an important influence on their willingness to pay. 4) There is no significant difference in the cognitive level and willingness to pay of green roof between professionals and other respondents. Therefore, the cognitive level of relevant professionals should be firstly improved in the promotion process of green roof in the future. The results can provide reference for the promotion and application of green roof in China.
