:眺望景观的评价研究是城市景观规划设计的重要参
考,而福道的建设与以眺望景观优化为主要内容的城市风貌
导控有着直接联系。因此,在福州城市双修总体规划中“登山
观城”视廊建设的思路框架下,利用ArcGIS构建以福道所在
山体群为核心的城市区域三维场景模型,模拟“登山观城”的
视角对周边3个观测片区的可视域及建筑空间层次展开量化评
测,并根据量化评测数据提出以协调“城-景”边界为导向的
研究区眺望景观建筑高度控制方法。最后利用GIS进行眺望视
线控制基准模型的导控模拟,旨在为眺望景观优化控制领域的
研究进行补充,为相关规划设计决策提供参考,以及为景观可
视化研究提供技术支持。 |

Research on the Optimization Control of Overlooking Landscape from Mountain to City—A Case Study of Fu Forest Trail in Fuzhou |

Abstract: |
The study of overlooking landscape evaluation is always an
important reference for urban landscape planning and design, and the
construction of Fu Forest Trail is directly related to the urban landscape
guidance and control with landscape optimization as the main
content. Based on the idea of "the construction of the visual corridors
from mountain to city" under the strategy for "Urban Renewal and
Ecological Restoration Program", a three-dimensional (3D) city model
of the urban area with Fu Forest Trail is developed based on ArcGIS
in the this study, and then the "View-shed Analysis" and "layering
equilibrium degree" of the three observation areas are researched from
the perspective of bird view from mountain to city. Finally, the building
height control method is proposed to coordinate the relationship
between mountain and city, and the simulation of viewpoint control
is carried out based on GIS to provide professional analysis theory
for relevant planning and design decisions, and technical support for
landscape visualization research. |
