| 基于对“水文化遗产”概念及内涵的分析，比较了
世界遗产、世界灌溉工程遗产、世界水管理系统遗产和全球重
要农业文化遗产对“水文化遗产”概念理解的异同。筛选并分
析1978—2019年《世界遗产名录》(以下简称《名录》)中与
水相关的文化遗产(含自然与文化混合遗产、文化景观)项目，
将其保护历程归纳为“水利文物保护”“水利景观保护”“水
管理遗产保护”“水文化遗产保护”4个阶段。基于《名录》
中“水文化遗产”的存在形态对其进行分类。最后提出“水文
化遗产”的价值识别和评估应构建更加科学的体系。 |

| Research on Protection Course and Type Characteristics of Water Cultural Heritage from the Perspective of World Heritage |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the analysis of concept and connotation
of water cultural heritage, this paper compared the similarities
and differences of water cultural heritage in cognition of several
programs: World Heritage, World Heritage Irrigation Structures
(WHIS), World Water System Heritage (WSH) and Globally
Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS). It mainly
analyzed the cultural heritage items related to water in the World
Heritage List from 1978 to 2019, and summarized the course of
water cultural heritage by dividing into four stages: protection of
water cultural relics, protection of hydraulic engineering landscape,
protection of water conservancy heritage, and protection of
water cultural heritage. The water cultural heritage items were
further classified according to the forms of existence in the World
Heritage List, and their characters were summarized based on the
corresponding relationship of form and type. Finally, it suggested
that more scientific methods and standards should be established for
the identification and value evaluation of water cultural heritage. |
