| “国家文化公园”是中国近2年新推出的一个概念，
目前相关理论研究明显滞后，以至于这一概念的缘起何处，与
国外类似概念有何区别、联系尚未得到应有的澄清。首先对相
关国家的国家公园系统概况进行了梳理，发现国外并无这一概
念。然后，对我国产生这一概念的原因进行了大胆的推理、分
析，且在此基础上对其特质进行了大胆解读，总结出建立国家
文化公园制度的3点意义。最后，在前文解读的基础上，从国
家、文化、公园3个层面给出3点建议。 |

| The Origin and Characteristics of the Concept of National Cultural Park |

| "National Cultural Park" is a concept put forward in
recent two years in China. At present, the relevant theoretical
research is obviously lagging behind, so that the origin of this
concept, and the difference and connection between this concept
and other similar concepts have not been clarified. In this paper, the
general situation of the National Park System of relevant countries
is sorted out, and it is found that there is no such concept abroad.
Then, this paper makes a bold reasoning and analysis of the reasons
for the emergence of this concept in China, and on this basis, makes
a bold interpretation of its characteristics. And then, the paper
summarizes the three significances of the national cultural park
system. Finally, on the basis of the previous interpretation, three
suggestions from the national, cultural and park levels are given |
