基于区域雨洪调控的中央公园海绵系统 设计方法研究——以沣西新城大西安中央公园 为例

:随着中国城市化进程的加快,新城建设中的中央公 园数量日趋增多,中央公园发挥着城市海绵体、绿色地标、发 展引擎等多重功能,也是城市中心重要的绿色基础设施。为落 实海绵城市理念,以沣西新城大西安中央公园为例,研究蓝绿 交融背景下,肩负区域雨洪调控功能的中央公园海绵系统构建 思路,提出雨水传输系统、雨水径流调蓄系统及水系净化系统 并行的区域雨洪调控策略,总结以海绵理念为主导、科学体系 为框架、多专业协调融合的海绵系统设计方法。

Abstract:
With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the number of central parks in the construction of new towns is increasing day by day. Central parks play multiple functions such as urban sponge, green landmark, development engine, also is an important green infrastructure of urban center. In order to ensure the sustainable development of sponge city concept, this paper explores the design method of sponge system of central park based on regional rain flood control. Taking the Great Xi'an Central Park of Fengxi New City as an example, this paper studies the design idea of urban open space under the background of blue green integration, explores the design method of central park with sponge concept as the leading, scientific system as the framework, and multidisciplinary coordination and integration.
