| 优化空间布局是中国自然保护地体系建设的目标之
一，也是自然保护地可持续发展的必要举措。作为后现代地理
学有力的空间批判工具，空间正义理论为寻求关涉多重主体的
自然保护地空间优化提供重要依据。遵循空间-正义辩证法思
想，建立中国自然保护地布局的批判性分析框架，从正义的空
间性和空间的正义性2个维度观察、辨别并力图消减自然保护
地空间和空间过程的非正义。根据分析结果，最后提出促进我
国自然保护地布局空间正义的建议：加强自然保护地立法建
设；按照“自上而下”的方式布局重要自然保护地；建立分级
和分类管理相结合的自然保护地体系；在摸清资源本底和社区
充分参与的前提下建立灵活的功能分区机制。 |

| Study on the Layout of Natural Protected Areas inChina Based on the Theory of Spatial Justice |

| Abstract: |
| Optimizing the spatial distribution is one of the
objectives for the construction of Natural Protected Area (NPA)
system in China, and also necessary for the sustainable development
of NPA. As a powerful space critical tool in post-modern geography,
the spatial justice theory provides a scientific way for seeking the
spatial justice of NPA among multi-subjects. This paper establishes
a critical analysis frame in accordance with the space-justice
dialectics and then observes and tries to reduce the injustice in space
and space production based on the frame. In the end, following
measures had been put forward according to the above analytic
results: reducing the unordered spatial game by intensifying the
legislation in NPA; important NPAs are selected and constructed
in a top-down manner; combining the classification management
and hierarchical management; and establishing flexible functional
zoning mechanism. |
