| 浙江大花园建设已成为全省城乡环境建设的重要抓
手，有力推进浙江生态文明建设迈上新台阶。杭州应该乘浙江
大花园建设的东风，借鉴香港郊野公园的规划、管理模式，大
力推进郊野公园建设。杭州郊野公园除了绿色本底外,还应该
吸收、巩固浙江大花园建设成果，使杭州郊野公园建设成为建
设“组团式、网络化、生态型”大都市，严格管控城市开发边
界，满足市民对美好生活的需求，建设公园城市和推进乡村振
兴的最佳形式与途径。提出在大花园建设的基础上，建立杭州
特色郊野公园的路径和对策。 |

| The development of Zhejiang Grand Garden has
become an important starting point for the construction of the
province's urban and rural environment, and it has effectively
promoted the construction of Zhejiang's ecological civilization to
a new level. and vigorously promote the construction of country
parks with Hangzhou characteristics based on the planning and
management model of Hong Kong country parks. In addition to the
green background, Hangzhou's country Parks should absorb and
consolidate the achievements of the Zhejiang Grand Garden, so that
Hangzhou Country Park will be built into a "clustered, networked,
and ecological" metropolis and strictly control the boundaries of
urban development. The demand for a better life is the best way
to build a park city and promote rural revitalization. This article
proposes the path and countermeasures for establishing a country
park with Hangzhou characteristics based on the Construction of
Grand Garden. |
