绿网城市是将一定宽度的公共绿带网络与城市道路错位交织的方式分割布局城市空间,且将海绵、绿道、绿街和地下市政管网四大功能植入其中的创新性城镇规划设计理论。该理论目前还从未在丘陵山地进行过实证研究。首先梳理了绿网城市、特色小镇的理论、实践和政策背景,结合对襄阳市尹集乡文教特色小镇的丘陵山地环境分析,阐述了丘陵山地进行绿网建构的“高势探路、低势设绿、纵横组网”的实验方法与过程,以及由此生成的“南北天街、顺应摩旗,东西大道、越山观水”的路网特色,和“感应自然、五指拈花,低势海绵、指状渗透”的绿网特色。最后立足文教特色小镇核心区展示了其丘陵山地实验的城市设计成果,在验证该理论丘陵山地适宜的同时,还为尹集文教特色小镇提供了一个富有特色的规划建设指导。 |

The Hilly Landforms Experiment of Green Network City Theory—A Case Study of The Urban Design of Yinji Educational Town in Xiangyang |

Abstract: |
Green network city is an innovative town planning and design theory that divides and lays out the urban space in a way that a certain width of a public green belt network and urban roads are intertwined with each other, and integrates the four major functions of sponge, greenway, green street and underground municipal pipe network into it. The theory has never been empirically studied in hills and mountains. The article first combed the theory, practice and policy background of green network city and characteristic town, explained the experimental method and process of "high terrain path finding, low terrain greening, and vertical and horizontal networking" for green network construction in hills and mountains, and the resulting road network features of "north and south Tianjie, conforming to the flag, east and west avenues, and mountains and waters", and the green network features of "sensing nature, flowers in five fingers directions, low terrain sponges, and finger-like penetration". Finally, based on the core area of the educational town, the urban design results of its hilly and mountainous experiment were displayed. While verifying the suitable hilly and mountainous areas of the theory, it also provided a distinctive planning and construction guidance for Yinji Educational Town. |
