中国自然保护区现状人类利用强度量化特征 分析与管理分类建议

探析作为自然保护地体系“基础”的中国自然保护 区现状人类利用强度量化特征,为保护地分类划定标准提供量 化依据。筛选自然保护区人类利用强度量化分析的3项评价因 子,即单位面积居民数、建设用地面积比例、耕地面积比例, 通过箱线图、赋值法等进行单因子特征分析和多因子综合特征 分析。研究结论为,现状我国自然保护区因不同保护对象或不 同空间区位,人类利用强度差别较大,其原因在于现状自然保 护区管理目标不清晰。基于自然保护区人类利用强度量化特 征,结合IUCN保护地管理分类,建议将我国自然保护区根据 管理目标分为两大类,并通过量化人类利用强度管控措施,使 两大类管理目标得到进一步区分。

Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to explore the quantitative characteristics of current human utilization intensity of nature reserves which is the "foundation" of protected areas in China, and to provide a quantitative method for the establishment of classification standards for protected areas. This paper screened three evaluation factors for quantitative analysis of human utilization intensity, namely the population density, the proportion of construction land, and the proportion of cultivated land, and performed the single-factor feature analysis and multi-factor feature analysis of nature reserves through boxplot and other methods. It is found that the human utilization intensity of different protection objects and different spatial locations of nature reserves is different in China, and the reason is that the management objectives of nature reserves are not clearly defined. Based on the quantitative characteristics of human utilization intensity of nature reserves, and combined with the IUCN protected area categories, it is recommended that nature reserves are divided into two categories according to management objectives, and through quantitative management measures, the two categories of management objectives can be further differentiated.
