| 夜空公园是拥有卓越星空质量和自然环境的地域，具
有科学研究、生态保护、科普教育、保护和利用文化遗产，以
及公众休闲等作用和意义。梳理了夜空保护活动的发展历程及
夜空公园的研究进展与实践现状，分析归纳了国际夜空公园建
设的前期准备﹑夜空保护计划﹑夜空公园教育与拓展活动，以
及夜空公园的可持续发展等内容，介绍了国内保护区类型和主
题公园类型夜空公园的实例及实践困境，提出了夜空公园本土
化发展建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| Dark Sky Park is a land with an exceptional or
distinguished quality of starry nights and nocturnal environment. It
has the function and significance of scientific research, ecological
protection, popular science education, identification and protection
of cultural heritage resources and enjoyment for the public.
The article summarized the development of dark sky protection
activities, reviewed the research and practice of dark sky park, and
analyzed the preparations for the construction of the International
Dark Sky Park, the dark sky protection plan, the education and
outreach of dark sky park, and sustainable development, introduced
domestic practice cases in details and the practice dilemma in
China, and proposed some suggestions for localization development
of dark sky park. |
