北京小西山因为距离市区近、交通便利、山水风景秀美、历史文化遗产丰富、线路选择余地大而逐渐成为北京地区户外运动群体的首要选择,逐渐形成了森林防火道、村域道路和驴友走出的山间小道的道路体系。小西山是西山永定河文化带的重要片区,在西山永定河文化带建设过程中,急需将小西山原有道路体系进行整合、提升形成区域绿道。通过GIS技术和对目前小西山地区现有路网进行实地踏勘,对沿线自然文化资源、沿途景点、周边居民区分布情况进行综合考虑,利用德尔斐法对现有道路进行综合评价,对绿道潜在道路进行发掘,制定满足多功能需求的小西山绿道线路网络,为北京市其他区县的绿道建设或其他省市山地型绿道建设提供理论方法支持。 |

Research on the Planning of Green Road Network in Small Western Hills of Beijing by Using Delphi Method |

Abstract: |
Small Western Hills of Beijing is an important area of the Xishan-Yongding River culture in West Mountain. Because of its proximity to the urban area, convenient transportation, beautiful landscapes, and wide selection of routes, it has gradually become the primary choice for outdoor sports groups in Beijing. The channel of forest fire prevention roads, village roads, and mountain trails developed by travel companions has been formed. In the process of the construction of the Xishan-Yongding River Cultural Area in the West Mountain, it is imperative to integrate the original West Mountain roads to form regional greenways. Through GIS technology and on-the-spot investigation, the current road network in the West Mountain area is inspected on the spot, and comprehensive consideration is given to the distribution of the natural cultural resources, scenic spots along the route, and the surrounding residential areas along the line, and comprehensive evaluation of existing roads using Delphi Method, to excavate the potential roads of the greenway and formulate a network of West Mountain Greenway that meets the needs of multi-functionality, and provide theoretical and methodological support for the construction of greenways in other districts and counties in Beijing or the construction of mountainous greenways in other provinces and cities. |
