| The building of landscape is a special category of building. It is not the functional attribute that makes it a category, but the place where the building is located, that is, the landscape environment. The evaluation of a building of landscape depends on its contribution to the landscape. Good building of landscape has the "landscape quality". It can commune with the Genius Loci and "open up a world" (Heidegger, 1950), transform the natural objects into a landscape in the eyes of the human being. Acting according to the specific conditions is the principle of the design of a building of landscape. The building obtains its form by adapting to the natural condition. The uniqueness of natural landscape determines the uniqueness of the building of landscape. |
