作为农耕文明优秀遗产之一的湿地型农业文化遗产,是集自然、经济和人文历史特征于一体的复合系统,既有研究多从资源量、价值量、地域文化保 护等单一视角进行分析,而综合性评价研究较为滞后。借助景观绩效评价体系所具备的完整性、典型性和可获得性进行综合性评价,从自然景观、社会人文和经 济价值三方面选定22项指标构建湿地型农业文化遗产景观绩效评价体系,划定Ⅰ~Ⅴ级评价标准,运用BP神经网络模型进行绩效评价,以高邮湖为例展开实证研 究,并基于评价结果提出改进建议

Construction of Landscape Performance Evaluation System of Wetland-type Agricultural CulturalHeritage in the Yangtze River Delta Region: A Case Study of Gaoyou Agricultural Cultural Heritage

Abstract:
As one of the excellent heritages of agrarian civilization, wetland-type agricultural cultural heritage is a composite system integrating natural, economic, historical, and cultural features. While there have been many studies on the resource volume, value and regional culture protection from a single perspective, comprehensive evaluation research has been relatively lagging behind. This paper aims to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of wetland-type agricultural cultural heritage by using the complete, typical and accessible landscape performance evaluation system. Based on the natural landscape, social and cultural heritage, and economic value, 22 indicators are selected to construct the landscape performance evaluation system for wetland-type agricultural cultural heritage, and the evaluation standards of I~V grades are defined. The BP neural network model is used for performance evaluation, and a case study is conducted on the High Lake. Finally, based on the evaluation results, some improvement suggestions are put forward. The results of the study show that there are three problems in Gaoyou: firstly, the water quality of the water body is only class 4 due to the characteristics of the watershed lakes and net-pen farming. Secondly, traditional skills have been lost and people's participation is not highly motivated. The folk customs and traditional skills have not been well inherited and developed. Thirdly, the attractiveness of attractions is low, the number of tourists is low, the service facilities are not perfect, and the experience of tourists is poor. This paper proposes three strategies for improvement: 1) Improve the classification of the wetland protection area, construct ecological berms, buffer zones and other measures, intercept and treat the tributaries into the lake to reduce the spread of sewage; implement regenerative agriculture, such as "low-density rotational catch-and-release" and "rice + co-cropping", and reduce the use of pesticides at the source. 2) Promote land improvement and spatial substitution; establish centralized, efficient and intensive land use; improve farmland and water conservancy facilities; promote rural road and landscape construction; increase cultural, sports and security service facilities; and improve rural sanitation. 3) Deepen Gaoyao's "duck culture, post culture, canal culture, and red culture" and, based on the characteristics of industries and cultures, internally intensify the propagation of cultures, search for inheritors of relevant skills, carry out regular thematic activities, create relevant thematic tourism routes, and enhance the cultural charm of Gaoyou.
