基于自然与文化系统性与整体性的景观特征识别体系研究——以天峨县为例

摘要:
快速的城镇化进程使得中国国土空间自然价值和文化特征面临巨大冲击,如何有效识别自然与文化特征变得尤为重要。景观作为一种概念、载体、过程 和方法,提供了一个新的视角识别、评估和管理国土空间,聚焦景观特征评估(LCA)体系中“景观本底信息-特征识别与描述”2个方面,结合国内景观评价相关 方法,基于景观多重属性与价值,对体系在全域全要素景观资源、自然文化统筹分析、主客观结合三方面进行了创新。提出双维度景观特征识别体系:“区域维 度:景观特征区域划分”和“景源维度:景观资源空间分布”,并以天峨县为例进行实证研究。相较于传统的LCA体系,双维度景观特征评估体系完成了从区域 到局部、日常景观到精英景观、自然系统到文化社会系统的全面景观信息记录,揭示了县域国土空间景观特征的类型、范围及其分布,实现了对国土空间自然与 文化特征的全面把握。

Research on the Landscape Character Recognition System Based on the Systematization andIntegrity of Nature and Culture: A Case Study of Tian'e County

Abstract:
The rapid urbanization process in China has significantly impacted the natural value and cultural characteristics of the national territorial space, intensifying the contradiction between development and protection. The effective identification of natural and cultural characteristics has become particularly crucial. Landscape, as a concept, carrier, process, and method, landscape provides a new perspective for identifying, evaluating, and managing territory space. Focusing on the two aspects of "landscape substrate information-characteristic identification and description" within the foreign Landscape Character Assessment (LCA) system, and combining relevant domestic landscape evaluation methods, innovations have been made in this system based on the multiple attributes and values of landscapes, encompassing allregion and all-factor landscape resources, integrated natural and cultural analysis, and a combination of subjective and objective approaches. A dual-dimension landscape characteristic identification system is proposed: "Regional Dimension: Division of Landscape Character Areas" and "Landscape Resource Dimension: Spatial Distribution of Landscape Resources". An empirical study was conducted using Tian'e County as an example. In the regional dimension of landscape characteristic identification in Tian'e County, 13 types of landscape characteristics and 226 landscape characteristic areas were delineated, primarily consisting of forest land, karst landforms, water bodies, towns and facilities, and agricultural landscapes with farming residences. In the landscape resource dimension, 123 major landscape resources were identified in Tian'e County, with 105 having spatial locations, including 30 natural resources (excluding astronomical and climatic landscapes) and 75 human resources. A kernel density analysis identified 11 landscape resource agglomeration areas. Overall, Tian'e County is characterized by natural landscapes featuring vast mountains, forests, lakes, and valleys. It also embodying Zhuang culture, frog (maguai) culture, and rice farming culture nurtured by the Hongshui River basin, presenting a harmonious integration of landscape of towering mountains and flowing waters with human culture. "Landscape" serves as a comprehensive carrier of nature and culture, providing a systematic understanding of space. Based on the development of landscape characterization, it can emerge as a novel "tool" for judgment and decision-making in territorial spatial management and control, possessing significant value for current aspects such as status analysis, spatial management and control, and identification of charming spaces in China's territorial spatial planning. Currently, during the gradual introduction of LCA into China, research on the identification and description of natural and cultural characteristics at the county scale remains relatively superficial. Therefore, a Dual- Dimension Landscape Character Assessment system (DD-LCA) has been established, achieving comprehensive information recording from areas (regions) to points (landscape resources), everyday landscapes to elite landscapes, and natural systems to cultural and social systems. The regional dimension enables a rapid grasp of the overall landscape characteristics and distribution throughout the entire region, while the landscape resource dimension visually represents the distribution characteristics of human activities and the cultural and social system from a macro perspective. DDLCA reveals the types, scopes, and distributions of landscape characteristics within the county-level territorial space, enabling a comprehensive grasp of the natural and cultural characteristics of the national territorial space
