城市绿地在城市绿色低碳循环发展过程中具有重要
作用,准确评估城市绿地碳汇能力是推进城市“碳达峰、碳中
和”的一项关键工作。在阐述城市绿地碳汇概念的基础上,从
城市绿地碳储量变化和碳排放2个方面梳理了城市绿地碳汇计
量的核算方法及应用现状,提出了针对不同尺度、不同管理模
式的城市绿地碳汇监测体系构建思路。在此基础上,从城市绿
地基线碳汇量、泄漏量等方面阐明了城市绿地碳汇项目减排量
的计量方法。研究结果可为提高城市绿地碳汇评估的准确性,
推动面向“碳中和”的城市绿地建设提供思路和方法。 |

Progress of Research on Carbon Sink Accountingand Monitoring of Urban Green Space |

Abstract: |
Urban green spaces (UGS) are essential for the low-carbon
circular development of cities. To achieve carbon dioxide peaking
and carbon neutrality in cities, it is crucial to accurately assess the
carbon sink capacities of these spaces. This study aims to clarify
the concept of UGS carbon sinks, analyze quantitative methods for
carbon-sink accounting of UGS, and suggest the development of
a monitoring system for UGS carbon sinks at various scales and
management modes. Additionally, the study proposes a method for
quantifying emission reductions from UGS projects, accounting for
baseline carbon sink, carbon leakage, and other influencing factors.
These findings aim to enhance the accuracy of UGS carbon sink
assessments and provide insights and methods for advancing carbon
neutrality in UGS construction. |
