| 后工业景观作为保护及利用工业遗产的重要范式，
体现出生态修复、形象展示、文化传承、功能重组和产业开发
的复合价值，已逐渐成为城市片区更新发展的重要抓手。根据
当前后工业景观的现状与问题分析，发现在高质量城市更新的
背景下，有必要从全局视角对成群成片的城市后工业景观更新
进行整体性、持续化、多维度地思考。在此基础上，引入景观
触媒效应的理论方法，剖析城市后工业景观触媒的特质，总结
城市后工业景观在山地城市中的显著特征与设计关键；提出通
过城市后工业景观触媒效应的激发推动老旧城市片区有机更新
的实施途径，从而促进山地城市朝着生态功能健全、山城形象
凸显、文化氛围浓厚、功能活力焕发、文旅业态兴旺的方向持
续发展。 |

| As an important paradigm for the protection and
utilization of industrial heritage, post-industrial landscape embodies
the combined value of ecological restoration, image display, cultural
inheritance, functional reorganization and industrial development,
and has gradually become a key means to promote the renewal
and development of the area. According to the analysis of the
current status and problems of the post-industrial landscape, it is
found to be necessary to think about the regeneration of clusters
of post-industrial landscape from a global perspective under the
background of high-quality urban renewal. Based on this, the
theoretical method of landscape catalyst effect is introduced to
analyze the characteristics of the catalyst of urban post-industrial
landscape, and the significant characteristics and design keys of
urban post-industrial landscape in mountain cities are summarized.
It puts forward the implementation way of promoting urban organic
renewal through the activation design of urban post-industrial
landscape. In this way, the mountain city can develop continuously
towards the direction of sound ecological function, prominent image
of mountain city, strong cultural atmosphere, full of functional
vitality and prosperous culture and tourism business. |
