步行系统是城市中心区各类活动的重要空间载体,对
城市中心区人性化品质提升具有不可替代的重要作用。步行优
先是城市中心区空间营造的重要价值观。为将步行优先的价值
观系统理性地落实到具体空间要求,明确指导城市中心区空间
设计实践,提出基于“价值特征”的设计方法。价值特征是指
设计的价值观及其引领下的空间特征。基于价值特征的设计方
法是指,明确设计的价值观,并建立基于价值观的价值特征体
系,进而落实到具体设计的思路和方法。通过“价值观、空间
特征”2个层次,实现价值观在空间设计中的落实。在步行优先
价值观的引领下,建立包含“目标价值特征、本体价值特征、
支撑价值特征”的城市中心区步行系统价值特征体系,阐释其
具体价值特征内涵,提出多元价值特征耦合的设计框架,指导
步行优先的城市中心区设计实践。 |

Abstract: |
The pedestrian system is an important spatial carrier for
various types of activities in city center and plays an irreplaceable
and important role in improving the humanistic quality of city
center. Pedestrian priority is an important value for creating space in
city center. In order to rationally and systematically implement the
value of pedestrian priority into specific spatial requirements, and to
clearly guide spatial design practice in city centers, a design method
based on "value characteristics" is proposed. Value characteristics
refer to the values of the design and the spatial characteristics
under the guidance of them. The value characteristics-based
design methodology refers to the design methodology that
defines the values of the design and establishes a system of value
characteristics based on the values, and then implements them into
the specific design. Through the two levels of "values and spatial
characteristics", the implementation of values in spatial design is
realized. Under the guidance of pedestrian priority values, a value
characteristics system for the pedestrian system in city center is
established, which includes "target value characteristics, ontology
value characteristics and supporting value characteristics", and the
connotations of the specific value characteristics are explained. A
design framework for the coupling of multiple value characteristics
is proposed, guiding the practice of design in city center based on
pedestrian priority. |
