| 随着社会发展，城镇化进入转型时期，关于城市发
展中社会公正的讨论越来越多，从景观视角来保障社会公正是
风景园林师当下的责任。景观公正是指对于绿地资源的合理分
配、使用、管理和运营，不论使用者的社会地位高低，让他们
平等地享有景观权利与担负景观义务，其核心是景观层面上的
平等正义。梳理了国内外景观公正的发展与研究进展，厘清景
观公正的定义与内涵，总结景观公正的分配公正、过程公正和
互动公正3个维度的应用场景与评价方法，对未来景观公正的
建设内容提出了展望和建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| With social development and urbanization entering the
transition period, there are more and more discussions on social
justice in urban development. It is an urgent responsibility to ensure
social justice from the perspective of landscape. Landscape justice
refers to the rational allocation, use, management and operation of
green space resources. Regardless of the social status of users, let
them enjoy landscape rights and shoulder landscape obligations
equally. Its core is the equality and justice on the landscape level.
This paper sorts out the development and research progress of
landscape justice at home and abroad, clarifies the definition and
connotation of landscape justice, summarizes the application
scenarios and evaluation methods of the three dimensions of
distributive justice, procedural justice and interactive justice of
landscape justice, and puts forward prospects and suggestions for
the construction of future landscape justice. |
