| 为揭示绿色基础设施在中国经济社会发展新时期的
深层内涵与作用机制，通过分析绿色基础设施的发展脉络和规
划模式，阐述绿色基础设施耦合自然生态维育和人类社会服务
的功能特征，论证绿色基础设施在中国特有地理环境、城乡二
元结构和城镇化梯度中有别于西方国家的自然生命支撑系统功
能及作用，建构中国绿色基础设施体系建设的“尺度-要素功能”理论框架，并从“区域-城市-社区-建筑”4个尺度探
索中国绿色基础设施体系建设的目标、内容及方法，为推动中
国绿色基础设施体系建设提供参考。 |

| The Rise, Development and Thinking of China's Green Infrastructure System Construction |

| Abstract: |
| In order to reveal the deep connotation and function
mechanism of green infrastructure in the new period of China's
economic and social development, this paper analyzes the
development context and planning model of green infrastructure,
expounds the functional characteristics of green infrastructure
coupling natural ecological maintenance and human social services,
and demonstrates the function and role of natural life support
systems of green infrastructure in China's unique geographical
environment, urban-rural dual structure and urbanization gradient,
different from those of western countries. This paper also
constructs the "scale-element-function" theoretical framework for
China's green infrastructure system construction, and explores the
objectives, contents and methods of China's green infrastructure
system construction from scales of region, city, community and
building, so as to provide reference for promoting the construction
of China's green infrastructure system |
