低碳目标下城市生态用地空间特征识别 与优化研究——以哈尔滨为例

低碳发展背景下,城市生态用地的空间格局优化被 视为降低城市CO2浓度的有效途径。为深入了解城市生态用地 空间格局和其对CO2浓度的影响关系,尝试构建了低碳目标 下耦合优先尺度与空间格局特征识别的城市生态用地规划优 化综合研究框架,并以哈尔滨市为例,提取与计算了2000— 2020年城市生态用地与CO2浓度的多年空间分布数据。基于 多尺度的景观格局指数与CO2浓度相关性变化,识别研究二者 影响关系的优先尺度为10km。在优先尺度下,通过划分城市 生态用地空间格局类型单元、筛选特征指数,明确高碳汇单元 内城市生态用地的空间格局特征与阈值范围,并以此提出了城 市生态用地合理发展与规划布局的优化策略,以期为城市低碳 规划提供理论与实践参考。

Identification and Optimization of Spatial Characteristics of Urban Ecological Land under Low Carbon Objectives: Taking Harbin as an Example

Abstract:
In the context of low-carbon development, the optimization of the urban ecological land spatial pattern is regarded as an effective way to reduce urban CO2 concentration. In order to deeply understand the spatial pattern of urban ecological land and its influence on CO2 concentration, the study attempts to construct a comprehensive research framework for urban ecological land planning optimization under the low-carbon goal by coupling priority scales and spatial pattern feature identification. Taking Harbin as an example, the multi-year spatial distribution data of urban ecological land and CO2 concentration from 2000 to 2020 were extracted and calculated. Based on the multi-scale correlation between landscape pattern index and CO2 concentration, a priority scale of 10km was identified to study the relationship between the two. By dividing urban ecological land spatial pattern type units and screening characteristic indices under the priority scale, the spatial pattern characteristics and threshold range of urban ecological land in high carbon sink units are clarified. The optimization strategies for the rational development and planning layout of urban ecological land are proposed, with a view to providing theoretical and practical references for urban low-carbon planning.
