当前,中国海绵城市建设进入系统化全域推进阶
段,通用技术框架的研究一直是本领域不同专业间协作的基
础与难点。为系统梳理海绵城市实践过程与逻辑,在对其
涉及的十大类二十二小类关键技术问题归纳基础上提出了
16种数字景观途径,并整合了相关数字技术工具。重点介
绍了:1)多尺度海绵城市水文量化分析及管控单元数据库构
建;2)基于多目标的海绵城市下垫面结构优化;3)以水文性
能为导向的海绵设施布局;4)基于物联传感技术的海绵绩效
测控系统建构4项关键技术。结合江苏省内3个不同尺度的海
绵城市实践案例对关键技术进行了实证校验。研究结果以期能
促进海绵城市实践中风景园林与不同专业间的协同合作,推动
我国海绵城市实践向可科学定量解读、可循证推广的数字化工
作流程转变,助力新时期的海绵城市建设。 |

A Comprehensive Study of Research Frameworks, Key Technologies and Practice Cases for Sponge City Planning Based on Digital Landscape Architecture: From Hydrological Analysis to Intelligent Monitoring and Control |

Abstract: |
China's sponge city construction is currently being
promoted systematically throughout the country, but the
collaboration between different professions in this field has been
difficult due to the lack of a common technical framework. To address
this issue, this paper proposes 16 digital landscape architecture
approaches to systematically sort out the process and logic of
sponge city practice. Relevant digital technology tools are integrated
based on the summary of the key technical issues involved in 10
major categories and 22 minor categories. Four key technologies
are highlighted: 1) Quantitative analysis of sponge city hydrology
and construction of a database of control units; 2) Construction of a
multi-objective-based model for optimizing sponge city underlying
surface structure; 3) Research on the layout of sponge facilities
oriented towards hydrological performance; 4) Construction of a
sponge performance monitoring and control system based on IoT
sensor technology. Finally, the paper applies some of the digital
landscape technologies empirically in the context of three crossscale sponge city practices in Jiangsu Province. The results of the
study aim to promote synergistic cooperation between landscape
architecture and different professions in sponge city practice,
facilitate the transformation of sponge city practice into a digital
workflow that can be scientifically and quantitatively interpreted,
and help promote evidence-based sponge city construction in
China's new era. The improved scientific nature of planning and
design work will help advance sponge city construction in China. |
