基于空间感知的社区绿色暴露指数对 活动行为影响研究

将社区绿地、空间感知与活动行为三者关联化,揭示社区绿地空间属性、居民感知属性与活动行为响应的内在关系,为深入了解居民空间体验和行为需求、科学评价城市绿地质量、促进社区绿地结构优化提供理论基础。以社区绿地及居民为研究对象,通过感知因子识别、绿色暴露指数分析、空间感知评价与活动行为调查,揭示绿色暴露指数对空间感知与活动行为的影响及其内在关联。结果显示,保障房社区居民的空间感知和活动使用评价高于其他类型社区,其中兴隆苑社区(GVI=32.3%、NDVI=0.382)居民空间感知因子评价最高;绿色暴露指数与空间感知因子存在显著的负相关,GVI与感知因子的相关性更强;绿色暴露指数与空间感知因子和活动行为存在“倒U形”关系;较小面积的社区绿地可能对居民空间感知与活动行为的积极影响更直接;人类偏好30%~50%GVI或0.30~0.50NDVI的社区绿地,绿化程度过高会负面影响空间感知;GVI因最迅速直接地反映绿地总体特性与感官体验,对空间感知评价和活动行为的影响效应更加显著。

Study on the Impact of Community Green Exposure Index on Activity Behavior Based on Spatial Perception

Abstract:
Community green space, space perception and activity behavior are related to reveal the internal relationship between the spatial attributes of community green space, residents' perceived attributes and activity behavior response, so as to provide a theoretical basis for in-depth understanding of residents' spatial experience and behavior needs, scientific evaluation of urban green space quality, and promotion of community spatial structure optimization. Taking community green space and residents as the research objects, the effects of green exposure index on space perception and activity behavior were revealed through perception factor recognition, green exposure index analysis, spatial perception evaluation and activity behavior investigation. The spatial perception and activity evaluation of residents in the affordable housing community were higher than those in other types of communities, and the spatial perception factor evaluation of residents in XLY (GVI=32.3%, NDVI=0.382) was the highest. There was a significant negative correlation between green exposure index and spatial perception factor, and the correlation between GVI space and spatial perception factor was stronger. There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between green exposure index, spatial perception factor and activity behavior. The smaller area of community green space may have a more direct positive impact on residents' spatial perception and activity behavior. Humans prefer community green space with 30%-50% GVI or 0.30-0.50 NDVI, excessive greening will negatively affect spatial perception. GVI reflects the overall characteristics and sensory experience of green space most quickly and directly, and has more significant impact on space perception evaluation and activity behavior.
