从全要素对象识别和全时空方法拓展两方面剖析国
土资源治理下的历史景观保护新趋势,并以牡丹江为样本进行
深入研究。首先从城镇历史阶段剥离入手,对文化群落及历史
景观识别分类;随后解析景观要素形态规模、簇群模式、相互
作用的空间性分布与类型、形态、功能的时间性层积特征,挖
掘历史景观与城镇空间的相互作用规律与动态发展问题;最后
建立了涵盖“对象识别-方法选取-实施保障”的全周期协同保
护框架,确立了以生态修复、人居改善、价值传承为目标的底
线型、互动型、靶向型景观保护、利用和活化模式。 |

Collaborative Conservation Framework of Historic Urban Landscape for Territorial Resources Total Elements and Total Space-time Governance— Taking Mudanjiang, a Town along the Chinese Eastern Railway, as an Example |

Abstract: |
This paper analyzes the new trend of historic urban
landscape conservation in territorial resources governance from two
aspects of "total elements" object identification and "total spacetime" method expansion, and takes Mudanjiang as a sample for
in-depth study. Firstly, from the division of urban development
stage, cultural community and historic landscape are identified and
classified. Then the "spatial" distribution characteristics of form
scale, cluster pattern and interaction model, and the "temporal"
layering characteristics of type, form and function about the
landscape elements, are analyzed, so as to clarify the interaction
law and dynamic development problems between historic landscape
and urban space. Finally, the whole cycle collaborative conservation
framework through "object identification – method selection –
implementation guarantee" is established, and the "bottom-line",
"interactive" and "targeted" landscape protection, utilization and
activation modes for ecological restoration, human settlement
improvement and value inheritance are raised. |
