在全球气候变化背景下,城市公园绿地应对极端气
候事件和不确定干扰的能力在提高城市防灾韧性中起到关键作
用。基于对华南地区城市公园绿地防灾过程与功能分析,构建
了一个涵盖灾前、灾时和灾后“全过程”的城市公园绿地防灾
韧性评估指标体系。指标体系由11个准则和32个指标构成,
用于应对极端高温灾害;暴雨、台风和城市内涝;森林火灾以
及其他灾害。最后,以广州珠江公园为例对该指标体系进行实
证检验。结论有助于明确城市公园绿地防灾韧性的重要性与方
向,优化和提升华南地区城市公园绿地防灾韧性设计。 |

An Indicator System for Assessment on Disaster Resilience of Urban Park Green Space in South China |

Abstract: |
In the context of global climate change, the ability of
urban park green space to cope with extreme climate disturbances is
critical to improving the resilience of cities against disasters. Based
on the analysis of the disaster prevention process and function
of urban park green space in South China, the paper constructs a
disaster resilience assessment indicator system for urban park green
space in South China, including the pre-disaster, disaster, and postdisaster processes. The indicator system consists of 11 criteria and
32 indicators in response to extreme heat, rainstorms, typhoons,
urban waterlogging, forest fire, and other disasters. Finally, the
indicator system is empirically tested on the example of Guangzhou
Pearl River Park. The conclusion helps clarify the importance
and direction of disaster resilience of urban park green space and
improve the design of disaster resilience of urban park green space
in South China |
