| 新时代实施乡村振兴战略面临着新的机遇与挑战，
以绿色发展理念引领乡村振兴，具有鲜明的时代价值。以乡村
振兴战略目标为导向，首先对绿色发展理念助力乡村振兴战略
的内涵与实现机制进行分析总结，进一步明确了绿色发展是新
时代乡村振兴的必由之路、发展目标、核心内容和特色所在。
在此基础上，从乡村振兴二十字总要求出发，结合研究团队所
承担的国家重点研发项目——黄山店村示范点建成案例，系统
阐述了以支撑“产业兴旺”、实现“生态宜居”、促进“乡风
文明”、推动“治理有效”、助力“生活富裕”的绿色发展理
念为引领的乡村振兴实施路径。 |

| Research on the Connotation Interpretation, Realization Mechanism and Implementation Path of Rural Revitalization Led by the Concept of Green Development |

| The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the
new era is faced with new opportunities and challenges. Leading rural
revitalization with the concept of green development has distinct value
of the times. Guided by the strategic goals of rural revitalization, this
paper firstly analyzes and summarizes the connection and realization
mechanism of the green development concept to help the rural
revitalization strategy, and further clarifies that green development is the
only way, development goal, core content and characteristics of rural
revitalization in the new era. On this basis, starting from the general
requirements of rural revitalization, combined with the construction
case of the Huangshandian Village demonstration site of national key
R&D projects undertaken by the research team, the paper systematically
expounds the implementation path led by the green development concept
that supports "industry prosperity", realizes "ecological livability",
promotes "township civilization", promotes "effective governance", and
helps "prosperous life" |
