Abstract: |
Nowadays, with the increasingly fierce social
competition, the mental pressure of young people is increasing.
Existing studies have shown that the natural environment has
a positive impact on people's physical and mental health, but
there is a lack of research on the promoting effect of the natural
environment on health in cities closely related to people's life. By
collecting the physiological signals and eye movement data of
participants walking in two sections of highly different riverside
real environment, this paper explores the stress relief and visual
characteristics of young people under different riverside footpath
landscapes. The results show that: 1) the characteristics of heart
rate variability (HRV) represented by SDNN, RMSSD and Lorenz
scatter plot are significantly different under the riverside footpaths
in different sections, and the scenes with high greening degree
have a stronger effect on relieving pressure; 2) There is a certain
correlation between the line-of-sight characteristics under different
scenes and pressure relief. The line of sight of pedestrians mostly
turns to the space with high openness on the waterfront side of
the footpath. When passing through the riverside scene with high
greening degree or rest space, the line of sight of pedestrians is
more scattered and the pressure relief effect is better. The paper
takes pressure relief as one of the landscape functions of waterfront
trails, and carries out targeted transformation of landscape types and
plant planting through active intervention, in order to achieve better
environmental improvement effect of waterfront trails. |
