| 游憩满意度是使用者对环境进行“环境特征-环境
感知-真实反馈”主观感知的评价结果，目前针对环境感知的
量化和衡量标准较为缺乏。以重庆市九龙坡绿道为例，借助感
知价值的方法，基于使用者的需求特征，从时间感知、安全感
知、功能感知、氛围感知和设施感知5个方面归纳出绿道游憩
满意度评价体系，利用IPA–Kano模型测度绿道游憩满意度，
明确影响绿道游憩满意度的环境序列特征。研究发现：1)影
响使用者感知重要性的环境特征差异显著，其中时间感知与安
全感知的重要性最高，表明绿道服务功能的易获取性与安全性
是影响使用者游憩感知的重要因素；2)使用者对绿道类型和
不同环境要素的感知存在显著的异质性，从特征要素来看，功
能感知所带来的收益大于氛围感知，表明绿道建设中应注重对
其功能设施的完善；3)将环境感知重要性与感知绩效相结合确
定九龙坡绿道环境特征优化的优先次序为：停车场地充足＞标
识系统清晰、步道宽度适宜＞公共厕所配置充足、线路无障碍
和公共交通便捷 |

| Research on the Evaluation of Urban Greenway Environmental Recreation Satisfaction from the Perspective of Perceived Value: A Case Study of Jiulongpo Greenway in Chongqing |

| : Recreation satisfaction is the result of the user's subjective
perception evaluation of the environment by the "environmental
characteristics-environmental perception-real feedback", but at
present there is a lack of quantification and measurement standards for
environment perception. Taking the Jiulongpo Greenway in Chongqing
as an example, with the help of the method of perceived value, and based
on the characteristics of users' needs, the study summed up the greenway
recreation satisfaction evaluation system from the five aspects of time,
safety, function, atmosphere, facilities and perception, using the IPA-Kano
model to measure the satisfaction of greenway recreation, and clarify
the environmental sequence characteristics that affect the satisfaction
of greenway recreation. The study found that: 1) The environmental
characteristics that affect the importance of users' perceptions are
significantly different, of which time perception and safety perception
are the most important, indicating that accessibility and safety are
important factors that affect users' perception of recreation; 2) There
is significant heterogeneity between the type of greenway and the
perception of different environmental elements. From the perspective
of characteristic elements, the benefits of functional perception
are greater than that of atmosphere perception, indicating that the
construction of greenways should pay attention to the improvement of
its functional facilities; 3) Combining the perceived importance of the
environment with the perceived performance to determine the priority
of the Jiulongpo Greenway environment to be improved. Among them,
the priority is parking configuration＞perfect identification system and
safe walking environment＞public toilet configuration, barrier-free line
and convenient public transportation. |
