| 风景园林学科的发展由多个因素组成，实践活动是
其中的一个重要因素。在实践经验的基础上，从场地特点、
空间功能、技术综合性、空间意境、经济特殊性等方面总结出
园林实践活动的特征，从主体责任、全过程全要素、交叉联
动、技术优化、精细化及动态管理等方面阐述了EPC管理的
特点，并结合实例阐明EPC总承包管理模式在风景园林实践
活动中具有保护自然、技术优化、节省成本、目标易管控等作
用。分析国家对工程管理体制的改革及要求，提出风景园林
EPC实践活动需要行业标准、甲方管理、企业体制创新、专
业人才及工人队伍建设等要求。最后，从项目全员为一体，全
过程、全要素参与管理的思想出发，提出了风景园林EPC总
承包管理模式的管理框架系统图，以期为风景园林行业发展及
风景园林EPC总承包管理工作的探索提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| The development of Landscape Architecture is composed
of many factors, among which practical activities are an important
one. On the basis of practical experience, this paper summarizes the
characteristics of landscape practice activities from the aspects of
site characteristics, spatial functions, technical comprehensiveness,
spatial artistic conception, and economic particularity. It also
expounds the characteristics of EPC management from the aspects
of main responsibility, whole process and all elements, cross linkage,
technical optimization, refinement and dynamic management, etc.,
and illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of EPC general
contracting management mode with examples. Landscape architecture
practice has the functions of protecting nature, optimizing technology,
saving cost, and easy to control objectives. This paper analyzes
the reform and requirements of national engineering management
system, and puts forward the requirements of industry standards,
owner management, enterprise system innovation, professional
talents and workers team construction in landscape architecture EPC
practice. Finally, based on the idea that all the staff of the project
are integrated, the whole process and all elements participate in
the management, the management framework system diagram of
EPC general contract management mode of landscape architecture
is proposed. It is hoped that it can provide a reference for the
development of landscape architecture industry and the exploration of
landscape EPC management |
