垃圾填埋场的再利用建设需以其修复后的场地稳定
化程度评估判断为前提。由于垃圾填埋场的修复治理及稳定化
评估多以环境工程为主导,风景园林相关研究较少,致使垃圾
填埋场的再利用建设受到诸多限制。如何在环境工程与风景园
林深度协同的基础上,构建基于稳定化评估的垃圾填埋场再利
用建设适宜性决策机制是垃圾填埋场再生面临的一大挑战。鉴
于此,以跨学科合作视角,基于垃圾填埋场稳定化空间格局评
估研究,构建垃圾填埋场再利用建设适宜性决策机制,并应用
于北京市北神树垃圾填埋场再生实践中,以期为垃圾填埋场再
生工作的有序开展提供新的技术策略方法,为同类型棕地再生
研究与实践的拓展提供借鉴与指引。 |

Construction and Application of Decision Mechanism for Landfill Reuse Construction Suitability Based on Stabilization Assessment |

Abstract: |
The reuse and construction of landfills must be carried
out on the premise of determining the degree of stabilization of
the site after restoration and treatment. Because the restoration
and stabilization evaluation of landfill sites are dominated by
environmental engineering, and there are few studies on landscape
architecture, the reuse and construction of landfill sites are subject
to many restrictions. How to build a decision-making mechanism
for the suitability of landfill reuse and construction based on
stabilization assessment based on the in-depth collaboration
of environmental engineering and landscape architecture is a
major challenge facing the regeneration of landfills. In view of
this, from the perspective of interdisciplinary cooperation, based
on the assessment of the landfill stabilization spatial pattern, a
decision-making mechanism for the suitability of landfill reuse
and construction will be established, and it will be applied to the
practice of the Beishenshu landfill in Beijing as an example to
provide demonstrate the process of the formulation and application
of strategies. |
