基于多源数据的城市公园时空活力与 影响因素测度——以南京为例

公园绿地是城市中重要的公共活动场所,其使用会受到公园自身及其所处城市空间等多种因素的影响。利用手机大数据,通过对城市个体活动轨迹的识别,提取人们到访城市公园的交通出行方式,从而探寻公园出行的时空差异性。同时,通过对网络开源数据的获取,将公园的城市区位、周边环境、业态布局、自身条件和交通可达性等特征进行量化处理,并构建一组线性回归模型来确定影响公园使用的相关因素。结果表明:时间上,工作日和休息日的公园使用特征有较大差异;空间上,城市建成环境较完善地区的城市公园使用频率较高。通过回归模型,发现城市区位对公园使用的影响最大,而公园周边的交通设施并不会对公园使用产生显著影响。研究结果将有助于政策制定者优化城市公园的规划设计与维护管理。

Spatiotemporal Vitality and Influencing Factors of Urban Parks Based on Multi-Source Data: A Case Study of Nanjing

Abstract:
Park green space is an important public activity place in the city and plays an extremely important role in ecology, economy and society. Since the use of parks in cities is influenced by a series of factors, which may come from the park itself and the urban space in which it is located, this paper constructs a multivariate model to find out the factors that significantly affect the park's vitality. This paper uses the mobile phone big data to identify the traffic model of the travel to the city park by identifying the individual activity track of the city, so as to explore the time and space difference of the park travel. At the same time, through the acquisition of open source data on the network, a series of factors closely related to park use, such as urban location characteristics, surrounding space characteristics, business layout features, park characteristics and traffic access characteristics, are quantified and a set of linearity is constructed. Regression models are applied to determine factors that may be relevant to park use. The results show that the use characteristics of the parks on working days and rest days are quite different. In terms of space, urban parks in areas with better urban built environments have higher frequency of use. At the same time, through the regression model, it is found that the urban location has the greatest impact on the use of the park, while the traffic facilities around the park do not have a significant impact on the use of the park and other regular characteristics of the park. Based on the results of this research, policy makers can be helped to optimize the planning, design and maintenance management of urban parks.
