城市微空间更新与城市触媒效应关联性设计实验研究——奉贤南桥镇口袋公园更新设计国际竞赛实录

随着城镇化的逐步完善,城市规划建设开始从增量向存量方向转型,城市微空间更新改造成为当前城市更新建设的一项重要举措。在存量绿地更新的时代背景下,通过引入城市触媒的概念,探索城市微空间更新与城市触媒效应间的学科关联,进而剖析城市触媒效应工作原理的运行机制,探讨微空间作为触媒元素激发相邻其他城市元素并产生“链式反应”,促成城市发展的空间意义。借助奉贤南桥镇口袋公园更新设计竞赛实例,以口袋公园作为微空间的典型代表,结合“触媒元素的选取”“激活和完善触媒”“引导触媒效应”3个触媒理论步骤展开讨论,例证城市微空间更新触媒理论的实践应用,以期达到全面意义上的城市活力更新。

Abstract:
With the gradual improvement of urbanization, urban planning and construction began to transform from increment to stock, and urban micro-space renewal has become an important measure of urban renewal and construction. Under the background of the renewal of existing green space, this paper tries to explore the disciplinary correlation between urban micro-space renewal and urban catalyst effect by introducing the concept of urban catalyst, and considers to draw lessons from the working principle of urban catalyst, so as to discuss the significance of micro-space as catalyst element to stimulate other adjacent urban elements, generate "chain reaction" and promote urban development. At the same time, with the example of renewal design of the Pocket Park in Nanqiao, Fengxian, the Pocket Park is used as a typical representative of the micro-space, and the three catalyst theoretical steps of "selection of catalyst elements", "activation and improvement of catalyst" and "guidance of catalyst effect" are discussed. It illustrates the practical application of the combination of urban micro-space renewal and catalyst theory and hopes to achieve urban vitality renewal in a comprehensive sense.
