构建城市市域尺度下的绿色基础设施(GI)评价指标体
系,能够为城市GI网络现状的认识、定位城市GI网络在区域范
围内的级别,以及多城市生态网络的协同规划提供参考。提出
了由景观组成、景观格局和城镇发展组成的一级指标;运用文
献综述法和聚类分析法筛选、确定了二级指标;基于层次分析-
变异系数法完成了各指标的权重赋值,构建了市域GI网络评价
指标体系。以成渝城市群中四川省主要城市为研究对象对评价
指标体系展开应用。首先,基于形态学空间分析方法(MSPA)
准确识别各城市GI网络结构要素,分析得出各景观组成指标,
运用Fragstats分析得到各景观格局指标,结合四川省年鉴相关
资料确定了城镇发展指标。其次,采用加权叠加法基于评价指
标体系对13个城市的GI网络现状水平进行定量分析评估,划分
出GI网络水平等级。最后,归纳各城市的GI现状特征,并根据
不同GI网络等级提出规划管控和保护建议。 |

Abstract: |
The GI evaluation index system at the city-level can be
structured to objectively evaluate the current status and grading of the city
GI. It can provide useful reference on understanding the current status of
multi-city GI ecological networks, GI network's positioning within the
region and cross-city ecological network planning. This study constructed a
city GI network evaluation system, which included 3 first-level indicators:
landscape composition, landscape pattern and urban development, and
used the literature review method and cluster analysis to screen and
determine the secondary indicators, completed the weight assignment
of each index using the analytic hierarchy process-variation coefficient
method, and finally formed a regional GI network evaluation index system.
This study took 13 major cities in Sichuan in the Chengdu-Chongqing
city group as study areas to apply the evaluation index system. Firstly,
based on the Morphological Spatial Pattern Analysis (MSPA) to accurately
identify the structural elements of GI networks in each city, it analyzed
the various landscape composition indicators, and used Fragstats to obtain
the landscape pattern indicators. The urban development indicators were
determined based on the relevant materials of Sichuan Province Yearbook.
Secondly, the weighted superposition method was used to quantitatively
analyze and assess the current status of GI networks in 13 cities based
on the evaluation index system, and the GI network level was divided.
Finally, the GI status characteristics of each city were summarized, and
corresponding planning control and protection suggestions were proposed
according to different GI network levels. |
