| 使用后评价研究对城市公园的运营意义重大。当
前，中国城市公园使用后评价所使用数据多属介入式数据，在
公认有效的同时亦有不足。在自媒体时代，引入网络点评这一
非介入式大数据，尝试丰富数据来源。以合肥大蜀山森林公园
为例，采用内容分析法对其网络点评进行编码处理、语义分
析，得出大蜀山森林公园使用状况及存在问题。据此提出景区
(公园)入口相对、景点设在路口、活动依托旧有、收费对比
认知与实付4点改进建议。同时，总结网络点评数据在城市公
园使用后评价中的优缺点，探讨使用方式。 |

| Abstract: |
| The process of city park administration consists of the
actions involved in occupancy evaluation. Instead of intrusive data
for post occupancy evaluation on city parks, this paper examines
numerous online reviews posted in the we-media era, which are
non-intrusive, relevant and valid. It presents the content analysis
of online reviews, and tests features of the online reviews-based
evaluation and performance on park management. It demonstrates
the occupancy of Shushan Forest Park and suggests designs for
entry correspondence and peripheral intersections of scenic areas/
parks, ready-made activity space as well as payment plans. |
