| 随着城镇化的发展，都市的环境与生活都发生了一
系列改变。可食用景观，即以可食用植物进行的景观营造，也
备受关注。都市可食用景观的核心在于以“食物、种植、环境
营造”对都市变迁中人与环境、人与人的关联性进行维系和再
造。城镇化背景下，食物系统及生态系统服务、社会服务效
用，成为当下风景园林学科可食用景观相关研究成果中的主
要方向。相比国外，中国都市可食用景观的研究仍处于发展阶
段，在可食用景观适地性研究及评价、社区及城市可食用景观
的风景园林规划设计方法，以及可食用景观与教育的结合等方
面还有待深化。未来的研究需要进一步针对都市变迁进行可食
用景观价值的拓展，发展本土实践路径；开展跨学科合作，进
行因人、适地的可食用景观多元化技术研究；结合资源体系，
进行可食用景观的全周期思考。 |

| The Current Status and Prospect of EdibleLandscape Research in Urban Area |

| Abstract: |
| With the development of urbanization, a series of
changes have taken place in the urban environment and life.
Landscape architecture needs to face these new challenges. The
edible landscape, as the landscape created with edible plants, has
become an important approach to develop urban agriculture. The
core of the urban edible landscape is all about the "food, planting,
and environment", which helps us to reconnect people with the
environment and community. This review is focused on the food
and ecosystem service of edible landscape, and the social service
of the edible landscape. By comparing the research progress at
home and abroad, the research on the edible planting technique,
the planning and design methods of community and regional area,
edible campus and schoolyard should get further discussion in
China. And in the future, the research on edible landscape should
expand the meaning of landscape, develop the local technique of
edible landscape, research with multi-discipline methods and value
the landscape as a cycle system. |
