| 专类公园对于提高城市绿地游憩服务质量具有重要
作用。从梳理专类公园的历史发展和现状入手，总结了专类公
园多元化和专业化、层级化和社区化、优质化和精品化的发展
趋势。提出“丰富多元、因城施策、因地制宜、量力而行”的
发展原则，从类型构成、分类配置、分级配置和指标管控等方
面探讨了促进专类公园发展的理念和策略，并从规划、政策、
运营等角度提出了未来的探索方向。 |

| Abstract: |
| Theme parks play an important role in improving the
quality of urban green space recreational services. Starting from
sorting out the development history and current status of theme
parks, the development trends of diversification and specialization,
tiering and communityization, high-quality and superior
development of theme parks were summarized. It puts forward
the development principles of theme parks that are "rich and
diverse, adapted to city, adapted to local conditions, and according
to ability". It discusses the concept and strategy of promoting the
development of special parks from the aspects of type composition,
classified configuration, hierarchical configuration, and index
control. From the perspectives of planning, policy, and operation,
the future exploration directions are proposed. |
