| “茶马古道”沿线具有丰富的生物和文化多样性，集文化与生态保护价值于一体。然而快速的城市化破坏了“茶马古道”沿线的生态环境，加剧了文化的流失，威胁到遗产本体保护。基于系统保护规划的方法，运用Marxan模型进行迭代运算，以普洱“茶马古道”为例，通过对生物多样性和文化多样性不可替代性的叠加，识别出普洱“茶马古道”一级保护区和二级保护区，以此为基础构建普洱“茶马古道”生物文化多样性保护格局，包括15个面状保护节点区域，并构建从种植区到生产区和销售区的连接廊道与保护节点。为文化遗产廊道的保护及可持续发展提供了新的思路，也为其发展战略规划和政策制定提供了重要参考。 |

| Study on the Conservation Pattern of Biological and Cultural Diversity of Pu'er "Ancient Tea-Horse Road" |

| Abstract: |
| Ancient Tea Horse Road boasts rich biological and cultural diversity, integrating cultural and ecological protection values into one whole. Rapid urbanization, however, destroyes the ecological environment along the Ancient Tea-Horse Road route, accelerates the loss of culture, and threatens the protection of heritage. This paper refers to the system protection planning method, conducts iterative operation through the Marxan model, and has a case study of Pu'er Ancient Tea-Horse Road; through biological diversity irreplaceability and cultural diverisity irreplaceability superposition, the Pu'er Ancient Tea-Horse Road primary protected zone and secondary protected zone are identified, and on this basis, the Pu'er Ancient Tea-Horse Road bilogical and cultural diversity protection pattern is constructed, including 15 facet protection node zones, and then the connection corridors and protection nodes from planting zone to production zone and sales zone are constructed. This provides new ideas for cultural heritage corridor protection and sustainable development, and important reference for its development strategy planning and policy making.
