Abstract: |
The integration of ecosystem services and spatial planning has become a frontier field for both landscape architecture and urban-rural planning. However, overemphasizing ecosystem service value and the rigid application of international frameworks have restricted the application of ecosystem services in planning in domestic research. The CiteSpace, HistCite, and VOSviewer literature analysis software were used to conduct the quantitative analysis and knowledge mapping of WOS and CNKI literature data. Combining with the traditional literature review, the development, application fields and hot spots of Chinese and English research were summarized. The result shows that valuation is only part of ecosystem services research. The mechanism of ecosystem services, the relationship between source, sink, and flow, also the perception of ecosystem services have become important research directions, to date. Green infrastructure planning, land use planning, and biodiversity conservation planning are the main application areas. The coupled human-nature system has replaced the natural system as the key research object. The research gap between Chinese with English papers mainly lies in the following three aspects: the interregional and interdisciplinary degree of cooperation network, the application scope of ecosystem services in planning, and the relationship between supply and demand of ecosystem services. |
