| 基于城市化进程不断推进的背景下，为解决新区建设发展所带来的新区苗圃生态、林木、土地空间等丧失问题，提出“城市新区苗圃地资源化”的概念，明确新区苗圃作为资源的规划建设理念，并进一步论证其可行性。在此基础上，通过厘清资源化开发建设阶段中各环节逻辑关系与运行机制，对苗圃中各资源因子采取不同程度的取舍，建立起新区苗圃资源化开发建设3种模式。继而以义乌科创新区为例进行实践论证，阐述不同规划背景下苗圃资源利用的针对性和差异性，使得新区开发建设具有方向性与科学性，以期为后续城市新区苗圃地资源化开发提供参考。 |

| Exploration on the Resource-based Development Model of Nursery in Urban New Area—A Case Study of Yiwu Science & Innovation New Zone |

| Under the background of continuous progress of urbanization, in order to solve the problem such as ecological, forest, land space and other problems of the nursery of the urban new area brought by the development of the urban new area, this article puts forward the concept of nursery resources in the new urban area, which defines the planning and construction concept of nursery as a resource in the new area, and further demonstrates its feasibility. On this basis, by clarifying the logical relationships and operational mechanisms in each stage of resource-based development and construction, three modes of resource-based development and construction of new area nurseries are established by adopting different degrees of selection of resource factors in nurseries. Then the case study of Yiwu Science & Innovation New Zone was carried out to illustrate the pertinence and difference of nursery resource utilization under different planning backgrounds, which made the development and construction of new area oriented and scientific, and provided reference for the resource development of nursery land in the subsequent urban new area. |
