| 当前中国“三线”建设时期形成的工业城市，正处于工业污染严重、棕地荒废闲置、生态环境恶化、公共服务设施缺失等“城市病”的高发期，在一定程度上制约了城市的进一步发展。中央城市工作会议提出的“生态修复、城市修补”是针对治理“城市病”、改善城市生态环境质量、补足城市基础设施短板、提高公共服务设施水平、转变城市发展方式的新理念。以“三线”建设的代表湖北荆门为例，提出了“问题识别→网络构建→任务筛选”的生态修复技术以及城市修补策略，初步探索了工业城市双修的规划方法和实施路径。 |

| In recent years, the industrial cities formed during the construction of China's "three-line" period are in a period of high incidence of "urban diseases" such as serious industrial pollution, idle brown land, deteriorating ecological environment, and lack of service facilities, which restricts the further development of the cities to a certain extent. The "Ecological Restoration and Urban Renovaton" proposed by the Central City Work Conference is a new concept for transforming urban development methods with a focus on governance of "urban diseases", improving urban ecological environment quality, complementing urban infrastructure shortcomings, and improving public service levels. Taking Jingmen City, Hubei Province, a representative city of "three lines" as an example, this paper puts forward the ecological restoration technology and urban renovation strategy of "problem identification→network construction→task screening", and initially explores the planning method and implementation path of industrial city ecological restoration and urban renovation. |
