| 生态文明建设背景下，绿地的生态服务功能被提升到前所未有的高度，作为风景园林行业基础性标准的《城市绿地分类标准》应势修订。通过对新旧标准的总则、绿地分类、绿地的计算原则与方法等内容的对比分析，认为新标准具有突出城乡统筹思想、强调多规合一理念、落实以人为本原则、重视文化遗产保护、留出弹性控制空间等革新亮点。对耕地是否属于广义绿地、城乡绿地率的统计意义等内容提出疑问与思考。 |

| The Standard for Classification of Urban Green Space, as a basic standard for the landscape industry, is revised under the background of the construction of ecological civilization. Through the comparison and analysis of the contents of the new and old standards, it is believed that the new standard has the innovative highlights of highlighting the concept of urban and rural overall planning, emphasizing the concept of multiple regulations integration, implementing the principle of people oriented, attaching importance to the protection of cultural heritage, and keeping the space for elastic control. This paper raises questions and thoughts on the contents of cultivated land and regional green space, the statistical significance of urban and rural green space rate. |
