寒地城市公园春季休闲体力活动水平与微气候热舒适关联研究

如何营造舒适的微气候环境,激发市民休闲体力活动意愿,成为提高寒地城市公园公共健康效能的重要课题。在探讨休闲体力活动水平与微气候热舒适关联性、关联特征基础上,利用线性回归揭示各因子关联机理,并结合散点图划定微气候因子适宜值区间。研究结果表明:1)休闲体力活动时长、代谢量与热舒适呈线性关联,活动人次及强度类型与热舒适呈时段性、滞后性和非线性关联;2)非舒适的微气候环境下,主观意愿及社交需求提高活动主体7.5℃的对抗强度;3)太阳辐射、风速与休闲体力活动水平存在显著关联机理;4)低温、通风的微气候特征可有效增加低、中等强度活动人次,延长活动时长,低风、低湿、高日照有利于诱发中等以上强度活动发生,旨在为营造微气候适宜性的休闲体力活动空间提供数据支持,推动“健康中国”国策的实施。

Abstract:
How to create a thermal comfortable environment to stimulate citizens' willingness to leisure physical activity becomes an important issue to improve the cold city public health performance. The study is based on a study of the association and its characteristics between leisure physical activity and thermal comfort. Linear regression is used to reveal the correlation mechanism between each factors. In addition, it is combined with scatter plots to delineate the optimal value range of microclimate features. The results show that: 1) Activity duration and metabolic rate are linearly correlated with thermal comfort, and the activity times and their intensity types show time-related, hysteretic, and non-linear characteristics correlated with thermal comfort. 2) Under uncomfortable microclimate environment, subjective willingness and social demand increase the intensity of activity of the main body at 7.5°C. 3) There is a significant correlation mechanism between solar radiation, wind speed and leisure physical activity levels. 4) The low and medium intensity activities mainly have the characteristics of cool and airy microclimate. Low wind, low humidity and high sunshine characteristics are conducive to induce more medium intensity activities. This paper aims to provide data support for leisure physical activity space design through climate regulation mechanism of landscape elements for the future, to promote the implementation of the national policy of "Healthy China".
