| China will establish the natural protected area system including scenic and historic area with national park as the core. Scenic and historic areas, as a part of the natural ecosystem, have their own intrinsic characteristics in the origin, evolution route, epistemology and methodology, core values and functional features. Only establishing the system of national parks, scenic and historic areas, nature reserves and natural parks can we give full play to the advantages of China's landscape ecological resources and Chinese nation's bright prospect on the road to revival. |
